    Return Policy

    At Weir’s, we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in original condition for a prompt exchange or refund.

    • Regular priced items in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery or pick-up.
    • Outlet Furniture (except for Outlet Mattress and/or Box Springs), Factory Closeouts, or One-Time Purchases in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery or pick-up.
    • Clearance, As-Is, Sanitized Mattresses and/or Box Springs, Outlet Mattresses and/or Box Springs, Mattress Protectors, Pillows or Adjustable Bases are final sale and are INELIGIBLE for return.
    • A 50% fee will be accessed for custom ordered merchandise.
    • If you need our delivery team to pick-up items for return, a return pick-up fee will be applied, ranging between $99-$149, depending upon your location.
    • Refunds will be issued in the same method as original payment, except for check and cash. If the original payment was made with a check or cash, we will mail a check to you. Refund processing time for credit or debit payments is dependent on the credit card company, and may take up to 2 weeks.

     

    Mattress 30-day Comfort Guarantee:

    We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee for all regular price mattresses and/or box springs. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress and/or box springs, just return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. 30-day comfort guarantee excludes: adjustable bases, Homestead Collection, pillows and mattress protectors. A $49 sanitation fee will apply to each returned mattress or mattress & box spring set. If a pick-up by our delivery team is needed, a return pick-up charge will also be applied, ranging between $99-$149, depending upon your location.
