With over 45 years in the furniture industry, Brian is both professional and knowledgeable. During his career, he has worked in both inside and outside sales plus he won the President’s award as a wholesale Sales Representative. On his days off, Brian likes spending time with his grandchildren and golfing.

Dorothy is an interior designer with over 36 years of experience in the furniture and design industry. She received her degree from Baylor University and has served Weirs for over 18 years and is a Weir's million-dollar award winner. She loves to see the enthusiasm from her clients after helping them to curate their own unique spaces. Dorothy loves God's word and is active in several church ministries.

Jeff started his career with Weir’s over 20 years ago, working in several areas of the store, including the Country Store and patio sales. He’s a member of the prestigious Million Dollar award. Find out how he got his job at Weir’s on his Employee Spotlight video here.

Having worked over 45 years in the furniture industry, Judy is an expert in her field. She loves working with her customers and giving them a personable experience. As a multi-year winner of the prestigious Million Dollar award, we love her passion and her loyalty to Weir’s. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Judy spending time with her family or traveling.

Kathy is a true expert that has been selling furniture for over 15 years. She loves to serve customers or partner with designers to help them with their furniture needs. Kathy has a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech, has worked at our Southlake location for over 10 years, and has been awarded the Million Dollar award honor. While away from work she enjoys spending time with her family.

Michael has been a furniture sales professional for over 35 years. Michael is a true expert and loves serving customers. On his days off he loves to spend time cooking and grilling food.

Rafi has been selling furniture for over 30 years and has been at Weir’s for over 15 years. He loves serving customers and helping them find the perfect furniture for their home. He’s been awarded the Million Dollar award honor for his expertise. Rafi loves spending time with his family and is our resident jokester. Ask him to tell you a joke!

Vickie has been a furniture sales professional for over 35 years. She also serves as Floor Manager at our Southlake location where she mentors new hires and solves any customer service concerns. She has been awarded the Million Dollar award honor as well as the beloved Servant’s Heart award.
