No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Winner will be awarded a $1,000 Weir’s Furniture Gift Card.
The Weir’s $1,000 Sweepstakes 4th Quarter 2024 will be referred to as the “Sweepstakes”.
ELIGIBILITY
To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a legal residents of the United States living within a 250 mile radius of any of our 4 store locations in Dallas, TX; Plano, TX; Farmers Branch, TX; or Southlake, TX, and you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Weir’s Furniture Village, Inc., its Board of Directors, Shareholders, Family members and immediate family of such persons (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or “step” of each), and persons living in the same household of each, whether related or not, are prohibited from entering the Sweepstakes.
AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES
Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to (i) the official rules, (ii) all eligibility requirements, and (iii) the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters related to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
TIMING
The entry period begins on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024 and ends on Tuesday, December 31st, 2024 at 11:59 pm CST. A random winner will be selected the first full week of January, 2025.
HOW TO ENTER
There are 2 ways to enter during the entry period:
ONLINE
The online Sweepstakes entry form may be found on the Weir’s website at www.weirsfurniture.com where a participant may complete the online form and submit their entry. Participants must provide their full name, zip code, phone number and valid email address to enter the promotion. Each participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for a completed and correctly submitted online entry.
MAIL-IN
To enter the Sweepstakes without completing the online entry form, hand-print the words “2024 4th Quarter $1,000 SWEEPSTAKES”, your full name, complete mailing address, date of birth, daytime phone number, and valid email address on a plain 3”x5” piece of paper, place in a stamped envelope and mail to: Weir’s 2024 4th Quarter Sweepstakes Entry, Attention: Marketing Department, 4800 Spring Valley Road, Farmers Branch, TX 75244. Participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for a completed and valid mail-in entry received. Limit of one entry per mailing envelope. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, mutilated, or postage due mail – these types of entries will be disqualified.
LIMIT
One (1) entry per person, per entry period, regardless of the method of entry, and regardless of the number of email addresses.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Sponsor will randomly select the potential winner from all eligible entries received during the entry period during the first week of January, 2025. Each Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone, as determined by Sponsor. Messages may not be left. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason.
If, despite reasonable efforts, a Potential Winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, such Potential Winner may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, forfeit his or her prize and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) Potential Winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.
If any Potential Winner (i) is found to be ineligible; (ii) if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules; or (iii) declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules. Potential Winner must verify address, return a completed IRS Form W9, and provide his or her Social Security Number in accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations, within five (5) business days. Failure of any Potential Winner to return needed documentation within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate Potential Winner from the remaining eligible entries for that prize. A prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed forms are returned. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the Potential Winners will be declared the official prize winner of the Entry Period.

THE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD.

Weir’s Furniture Village, all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion, or for late, lost, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date. SEVERABILITY
