At Weir’s, we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition for a prompt exchange, refund, or in-store credit.
- Regular priced items in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery or pick up.
- Outlet furniture (except for outlet mattress and/or box springs), factory closeouts, or one-time purchases in new condition may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery or pick up.
- Clearance, as-is, and all merchandise that has been marked down is non-returnable. See mattress return policy below.
- Sanitized mattresses and/or box springs, outlet mattresses and/or box springs, mattress protectors, pillows or adjustable bases are final sale and are non-returnable.
- A 50% fee will be assessed for custom ordered merchandise.
- If delivery is attempted, but cannot be completed, a delivery fee will apply.
- If you need our delivery team to pick up items for return, a return pick-up fee will be applied, ranging between $99-$149, depending upon your location.
- Refunds will be issued in the same method as original payment, except for check and cash. If the original payment was made with a check or cash, we will mail a check to you. Refund processing time for credit or debit payments is dependent on the credit card company, and may take up to 2 weeks.
Mattress 90-day Comfort Guarantee
We are proud to offer a 90-day comfort guarantee for most regular price mattress purchases. Here are the details of the offer:
- A one-time mattress exchange, after a 30-day break-in period, is available if returned within 90 days of delivery/pick up only if the mattress has no rips, stains, tears, or removal of law labels. To ensure the mattress is like new when exchanged, the purchase of a mattress protector is required on the same receipt as the mattress.
- An exchange is available on the following brands: Kluft, Stearns & Foster, Beautyrest, Serta (Camton Dreams and Barbosa Nights models only) and Smart Copper.
- You will receive in-store credit for the amount originally paid on the mattress which can be used toward the purchase of another mattress and fees.
- A pickup fee from $99 up to $169 will be applied based on your delivery zone as well as a $49 sanitization fee.
- If delivery is attempted, but cannot be completed, a delivery fee will apply.
- Box springs are available in 5” low profile and 9” standard. If the wrong size was ordered and delivered, an exchange is available and a pick up fee from $99 up to $169 (based on your delivery zone) will be charged for one twin, full, queen or (2) twin extra-long as well as a $49 sanitization fee on each piece.
- Adjustable bases, bed frames (unless new in the box), mattress protectors and pillows are non-refundable or non-returnable.
