Is every item available at every Weir’s location?
Furniture Store, Outlet, Country Store and Patio Shop merchandise is available at our Dallas, Plano and Southlake locations. Weir’s Farmers Branch Outlet only carries Outlet items.

What are the pick-up hours at the main warehouse location in Farmers Branch?
Merchandise may be picked up Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Weir’s Furniture Outlet is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Is Weir’s open on Sundays?
Every Weir’s location is closed on Sunday out of our family’s commitment to honor the Sabbath and our desire to allow our associates and customers time with their families.  Our Dallas, Plano and Southlake stores are open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

What is the procedure for picking up merchandise?
To ensure your new purchase remains clean and protected, it will remain safely packed in its container until you arrive for pick up. Upon your arrival, your purchase will be unpacked so you may thoroughly inspect it to ensure it meets your complete satisfaction. With your approval, your purchase will then be repackaged in its original container and loaded into your vehicle.

What is the delivery process?
We know that you look forward to receiving your new purchase as soon as possible. That’s why we strive to make the delivery process as organized and convenient as possible. To conserve fuel and keep delivery charges low, we organize deliveries by zones. Customers who live in the same zone will have their merchandise delivered on the same day. To avoid excessive movement and possible damage, the furniture is loaded into our delivery truck in the order that it will be delivered.

Because we want to be respectful of your time, we will call you two days in advance of your delivery date to notify you of the two-hour window during which your furniture will be delivered. We hope this provides you with enough time to make arrangements for someone to meet our delivery team at your home, or reschedule your delivery, if necessary, for another day.

What is the AM/PM delivery fee?
In an effort to conserve fuel and keep our delivery charges as low as possible, delivery stops are organized by routes that prevent our trucks from visiting a neighborhood or area of town more than once a day. When a customer requests a morning or afternoon delivery, we are happy to accommodate the request, but must charge a nominal fee to cover the additional costs associated with the special request.
