
TAKE-WITH
PURCHASES:
Small items (lamps, mirrors, accessories, Country
Store & Gift Shop merchandise, etc.) are considered “Take-With”,
and we ask items be picked up by the customer.
While
in the store, your sales associate will direct you to
the location where your merchandise is to be picked up…either
to the “Take-With” window
inside the store or to a store loading dock. Our helpful “Take-With” personnel
will assist you by carrying your purchases out and carefully
loading them into your vehicle. Please refer to your
ticket or contact your sales associate if you are unsure
where to pick up your purchases.

DELIVERY
INFORMATION:
At Weir’s, we aim to keep merchandise in stock for
prompt delivery in the DFW metroplex. Deliveries are made
Wednesday through Saturday in Weir’s Delivery Zones
1 & 2 (based on zip codes): Zone 1 deliveries ($59
per stop) and Zone 2 deliveries ($69 per stop). In some
areas, deliveries may only be scheduled on certain days – please
see a sales associate for details. All zip codes outside
of Zones 1 & 2 will be delivered on Tuesdays only;
delivery charges will range from $89 per stop to $169
per stop. Your delivery day will be determined at the
time of purchase and is generally within three days of
purchase depending on delivery area and availability.
Our customer service personnel will attempt to contact
you by the day before the scheduled delivery day with
a two-hour window for delivery. Additionally, Special
Delivery Services are available…please see list
below for service and fee schedule details. If we have
been unable to reach you, please call (214) 522-3780 to
receive your two-hour window. Please note: If you live
in a gated community or apartment complex, at the time
of purchase please provide the complex name and any instructions
or codes that may be helpful to our delivery personnel.
Our professional and courteous delivery personnel are
specially trained to move furniture safely and carefully.
As much as possible, please prepare your home for delivery
in order to expedite the service.
DELIVERY
POLICY:
“Take-With” items (lamps, mirrors, accessories,
artwork, Country Store & Gift Shop merchandise, etc.)
must be picked up by the customer. Delivery is not available
for these purchases.
For furniture store purchases,
all deliveries made within Weir’s Delivery Zone 1 will be subject to a $59
standard delivery fee per stop. All deliveries made within
Weir’s Delivery Zone 2 will be subject to a $69
standard delivery fee per stop.
For mattress and box spring purchases
of $998 and above (before tax), Weir’s will provide COMPLIMENTARY “standard” delivery
within Weir’s Delivery Zone 1. Excludes purchases
of “as-is”, sanitized or discontinued sets.
As an added bonus, anything else purchased at the same
time as a mattress/box spring set over $998 will also
be delivered at no extra cost when delivered with the
bedding set. Items to be delivered at a future date will
be subject to applicable delivery fees.
Out-of-town
delivery charges are determined by distance from Weir’s stores and Distribution Center and apply
to all deliveries (including bedding) made outside of
Weir’s Delivery Zones 1 & 2. Out-of-town delivery
charges will range from $89 per stop to $169 per stop.
Tuesdays are reserved for all out-of-town deliveries.
For Clearance & More purchases,
all deliveries (Metroplex or out-of-town) will be subject
to a $10 up-charge per stop in addition to applicable
delivery fees based on zip code. All sales are final
on Clearance & More
purchases.
Each transaction that might require
multiple delivery dates to the same address, due to the
arrival of Special Orders or Against Orders, will be charged
only one delivery fee.
SPECIAL REQUEST FEES:
Expedited Special Delivery $20 up-charge (plus applicable
delivery fees)
Requires approval of Delivery Team Management
A.M./P.M. Special Request $25 up-charge (plus applicable
delivery fees)
A.M. = before 12 noon; P.M. = after 12 noon
“Item for item” furniture moving service
upon delivery - ADVANCE NOTICE required. “Item for
item” furniture moving is conditional on the piece
being moved being related to the delivery. There will
be an additional charge for moving extra items on delivery – Advance
notice required.
DELIVERY
CANCELLATION & RETURN
POLICY:
Delivery cancellation or pick
up of returns fee (per stop for Weir’s “daily delivery zone” in
the DFW metroplex) will be equivalent to the delivery
fee for the delivery zip code.
**Out-of-town delivery charges
apply to merchandise pick up and delivery cancellation
(reschedule fee). The fee, equivalent to the delivery
fee for the delivery zip code, will be assessed after
12 noon the day before delivery, but before merchandise
has left Weir’s dock. Once
merchandise leaves our dock, the out-of-town delivery
charges (see schedule) apply for delivery cancellation
(reschedules) or returned merchandise.
To schedule a pick up of an item to be returned, please
contact your sales associate. The pick-up appointment
will be scheduled according to the regular delivery schedule.

Please note: We will not remove old mattresses and box
springs from your premises, so please make other arrangements.
